My journey began in 2002 when I started my teaching career. I developed a deep understanding of the skills required to succeed in the professional world. After working in the industry for several years, I realized that my true calling was to help others find success in their careers and education.

I believe that every individual is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to achieving success. I had the pleasure of taking an MSc Artificial Intelligence course with Shaily Jain at the University of South Wales.

Shaily was the Course Leader during my masters degree and I can say that she worked hard to deliver value for her students and support them during their time on the course.
She was always available for a quick catch up and she went above and beyond to help her students succeed. She taught the Knowledge-Based Systems module of the course which was my favourite.
